Hoenn Music MixerDescription:
A project done in collaboration with Sophia Westrop, for one of our assignments in Fanshawe College.
In our second term, the students were tasked with creating a music mixer for MultiMedia Authoring, done in partners.
One of my classmates, now best friend, teamed up and we decided the theme of this music mixer would be Pokémon, specifically Hoenn! We both loved the Hoenn games so it was obvious~
As we were just beginning to learn and understand Javascript, it proved to be a challenge for the both of us, especially since there were elements we were attempting that felt beyond our skill level. However, we got assistance from the professor to help clarify some of our problems and make things work smoothly.
With persistence and hard-work, the both of us got the site up and running to how we like it. It may sound the most pleasurable, but the goal wasn't to make it sound good, but rather, just have it functional.

The initial display of the project, where the page is populated by pixel assets, made by me. There's controls to control the mixer in the top left so you can play/pause/stop whenever you desire.
When you drag one of the Pokeballs from the bag area, the background will change into a modern version of that Pokeball, as well as change the Pokemon into a modern-day look! (Assets made by Sophia Westrop)
No matter how many Pokemon you drop the balls on, they will all change and play the respective music track that was assigned to the Pokeball.
