About Us
Our mission is to facilitate improved access to mental healthcare for youth aged 16-25 suffering from complex mental health conditions, as well as support them and their families. We are fighting for a future where care is more accessible and there is a greater understanding of mental health.
We aim to create a network of of physicians and mental healthcare providers who will offer counselling services for free, or at a reduced rate. We aim to create long term employment opportunities that understand the flexibility and support required by people with severe mental health challenges.
Navigating their son Caelan’s severe mental health challenges, the Hagerty family sheds light on the gaps in Ontario’s mental healthcare system. Their mission to secure Caelan’s future extends to advocating for systemic improvements, echoing the shared struggles of many families.
